Marketing & Website Coordinator
Working with directly with the head of marketing we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running as soon as possible with a good knowledge of marketing, social media and website updates and additions. Design background would be useful but not essential. The successful candidate will also have office administration and/or retail experience to assist with other Operations duties. In addition, the right person will be able to multi-task and work well within a team as well as on their own initiative.

We are also looking for someone enthusiastic and self motivated to meet and greet our students and customers coming in for their helicopter flight experience; take their details, check them in and then show them the photographs taken after their flight.
The candidate will be responsible for keeping track of customers during their time with us, to aid the Ground Handlers who will look after their safety.You may also be required to Ground Handle once fully trained – this involves accompanying customers to and from the helicopter and taking photographs.
We are looking for someone with attention to detail and good IT skills (we use Google calendar, Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel) as amendments may need to be made to pre-prepared flying schedules, certificates personalised, invoices created for purchases made, photos shown and printed/transferred onto USB sticks.
We are looking for someone with an outgoing, friendly personality, a can do attitude; someone who will think on their feet! There are safety implications working on an airfield so common sense is a must and a First Aid certificate a bonus. The flying school is a fun place to work, but can be very busy so you must be able to work well under pressure; all our customers are happy to be here so it can be very rewarding seeing customer dreams come true! Full training will be provided.
This is a weekend position so you must be available to work on Saturdays or Sundays. Working hours are seasonal, typically 8.15am to 5.15pm, but they are governed by weather and sunset times.
